Well, as others have stated, I'm not one to write reviews and that usually goes for the good and the bad. I think it's related to not having enough data to make a fair assessment and I only sought out the reviews for this organization after I experienced an issue w/ an upper receiver I'd purchased from DTT. Once I read the reviews, I was overly concerned, I wasn't going to see a positive resolution to my situation, which consisted of an assembled upper and an issue w/ the gas tube. While it took some back and forth via email, providing photo's, and specific details to my situation, they were very receptive and willing to resolve my issue, this despite, being outside the warranty period due to unrelated delays completing my lower. I was provided a mailing label, promptly packed and shipped the upper receiver back, where they examined the issue, corrected and promptly shipped it back. All in all, the process took slightly over 30 days, which wasn't a huge concern for me, I just wanted a properly functioning upper receiver. So again, after reading all the negative reviews, I felt compelled to add my first time purchasing experience with DTT and not having any insight to some of the others who have had issues. My first purchase was not perfect which is why I took a star off however, once I realized an issue existed w/ the upper, I reached out to them, and it was made right. I will continue to purchase from them and have nowhere near written them off based on their willingness to listen and correct my issue when it was properly detailed. Plus their prices are very competitive and easy on my bank account so anyone who's on the fence and doubting this organization, as I started too, don't. Do yourself a favor and save a few bucks where you can, hand to God!
