Avoid like the plague. They’ll send you another customers order and then blame you for their mistake. They’ll then expect you to take a holiday from your work to sit at home and wait for parcel force to come and uplift said order. If you miss the collection due to being a work, they’ll threaten to use legal action. Absolute joke of a company with no customer service skills what so ever. Better of just going straight to the supplier and cut out the middle man. Unless you can deal with the hassle of their own mistakes.
