My package was sent express ups and has been sitting in the depot for weeks and I finally get a reply from demon tweeks saying it's my responsibility to contact ups and sort it out. Worst customer service I've had for such an expensive product. Looks like it will be sent back if I can't get to Sydney in time and try to explain the package is mine.
