Ordered a set of tein lowering springs ,they came damaged,the box had clearly been dropped by the delivery company,tried fobbing me of telling me that they came like that from the manufacturer...I highly doubt that a reputable company would send out a damaged items. Told that they would be fine to put on my car.....sorry...did you just expect me to put a set off £900 coilovers on my car that could potentially be damaged? No sorry,not happening. Then they tried to fob me off with a £25 gift card if I kept them lol. Told me I would have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement and then changed their mind to just over a week! Bad customer service considering I had to chase them up after they said they would ring me back.
