Like some before their delivery system is rubbish I paid extra for express delivery 2-3 days 5 days later (today) product has still not arrived. Apparently I should have known the delivery time was from when the received the goods. In essence I paid for something they didn't have. Had to postpone my MOT. You would think that with so many poor revues they would action retraining of the team and a review of how they advertise products.
