Original order delayed, needed to replace items - which initially seemed positive. Despite long holds for customer services (50+ mins) it looked like a return/replacement would all be in order. Unfortunately the replacement came short of an item - another 3 hours on the phone and no satisfactory resolution. Sales were supposed to call me back - never called! When I called Sales - they weren't interested and punted me back to customer services. Customer services team did their best to help - but were let down by a poor sales team and appalling levels of communication. Do not try and email them - that is just a waste of time.
