Ordered two pairs in September and not received anything 4-6 weeks later so I’ve contacted the customer service team via email and had over 20 responses ‘we are looking into it’. I then learned that they ha supposedly delivered it- they tried to blame address but I showed them the address was correct and requested proof the delivery company has made the drop off... this was 4 weeks ago and despite me asking for contact numbers, manager names or the delivery company details they have not yet resolved this. D.Franklin even asked me to hand write a letter confirming there was no delivery.
3 months later and they are refusing refund and refusing to give me telephone numbers or managers names to escalate this further.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- ITS A SCAM!! Read the other reviews and you will see this is not the first time either.
