Unbelieveable ! !
After only 5 month the material on my glasses started to peel off. I always look after my things and kept my glasses in the provided case.
The answer of D Franklin’s “Quality Department” regarding an exchange:
We have checked the images with our Quality Department, and they indicate that the material does not deteriorate if the glasses are used correctly.
What you are showing us is not a manufacturing defect, but the result of improper use. We have no record of any similar incidents with the sunglasses from this collection.
We are sorry, but in this case, the claim has been rejected.
Simply rejected. That’s such a gross impertinence.
