This customer service so quickly ask if I want my order back and minutes later you no longer guarantee stock. This is when d. Franklin team inform me that you have received my order back and after months (since march) of having to prove that I never received my order.
Honestly, I feel that I was not respected as a buyer, the after sales service is slow and doesn't work, after months of waiting to resolve my situation and mistrust I did not feel that my problem and my complaints had importance because I lost count of all the tickets I opened because of the same problem and the d. Franklin team closed without ensuring that my problem was solved.
