Unfortunately I’ve stumbled upon these reviews just after I had ordered 2 sunglasses. Immediately I chose to cancel the order, which is an option you can choose when filling in their contact form.
Their reponse is the following:
Hello, please, note that the estimated response time is 24 to 48 hours, so your order may not be canceled in time. If the order is sent, our recommendation is that you reject it since the courier will send it back to us. Thank you in advance. Greetings
Also in another automated response they even wrote it takes 48 - 72 hours to reply…
This is rediculous, after reading their reviews this will likely mean I will have to pay the shipping cost because they weren’t able to cancel it. I believe this is done on purpose as a way of creating a higher barrier for customers to cancel their order.
