I placed an order by mistake. Sadly, a cancellation was not possible (even though I directly contacted the customer service after the order).
After delivery to a parcel shop the package was sent back to D.Franklin by them, because I didn't pick up the package.
Since then the package should be back to the premises of D. Franklin since the end of March. I didn't get a refund, the customer service is horrible and I don't think I will ever get my money back.
Just don't do it.
