Hi, I have ordered on 21 of june the package with 2x glasses Dfranklin number : DF302761EU, and got the confirmation,
was waiting 3 weeks, and it had been not delievered after i texted to customers service 10 times and got reply that the adress was not correct, but it was totally correct. After that, your customer service offered me to reorder that again with their help, so your customer service resended me the package again with the correct adress on 21 of july. and week ago on the tracking number there was written that it sending back because of incorrect adress, but again the adress was totally correct. I cannot wait anymore, please solve my problem immideatly and make it delievered with DHL or whatever to make me have glasses this week or give me back my money.
