Purchased shoes from the UK, when they finally arrived they were tacky and cheap. I followed the process on the website to return at my own expense, address given was Spain!!!
I paid, with tracking, after a month of no refund, I decided to track my return and see what was going on, tracking stated my item was 'delivery attempted and refused' and was no stuck in the Spanish postage service somewhere.
I contacted D.Franklin and they responded saying it was refused because the UK is no longer in the EU they would have had to pay customs charges to receive the return, and I should have put on the customs form that the item was only worth £1 so they wouldn't have to pay!
I of course replied stating that that is fraud and I would report them to the UKICC, they responded stating they would fully refund me....
Don't buy from them, really not worth it!
