D.Franklin had a deal on for 2 for 1 sunglasses. I put an order through but did not go through as the current deal. I contacted D.Franklin straight away and they refused to honour the current deal and they seemed quite blunt in their reply emails. Customer service don’t get back to you in a reasonable time frame and are clearly not customer focus. D.Franklin are obviously trying to make more money.
I will not be buying anything from D.Franklin ever again and will be returning my glasses out of principle once they arrive.
