Got an email saying item has been delivered when it has not been delivered. Tried multiple times emailing customer service to advise the mistake and wanting an update but keep getting automated emails or them saying item has been delivered and that’s it. Asking for a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. ridiculous.
