I had two items on my shopping cart with the offer 2x1, but when i completed the payment ( 49,99€ ) i received a mail with only 1 being send at the same price. I contacted immediately with customer support but the only respond was, every two days, an automatic message saying sorry for the inconvenience.
I read reviews of other people with the same problem with me. After complaining they just deleted my comments and blocked me so had to make a new account.
Very bad experience, be careful people...
