I ordered the shipment to Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. They said it would take 10 days. Then, after 16 days they said my order had been waiting for me in parcel pickup in Burgas, Bulgaria which is 1 hour away from my address.
Ok I was ready to go to Burgas and take my order BUT nobody knew an address of pickup center and nobody cared about that. They got their money and we’re laying a big D**K on whether it’s delivered or not.
Horrible service!
