Bought hob which stopped working after 3 months. Manufacturer warranty said unrepairable. and gave uplift for replacement in store. I agreed to buy a more expensive hob . The young sales rep was so helpful explaining about the different types of hob. The salesman at the till was so arrogant I explained that I would be 2 weeks without any means of cooking , he never acknowledged that this had been extremely difficult nor did he offer apology and when I pointed out that I incurred additional expense due to a faulty product all he said was that's why you have a warranty. Having stated that he remembered my name when I bought the hob , he then questioned the validity of the information given to me by the manufacturer . When I asked was he going to do anything to help me due to the inconvenience he said no. Absolutely no customer service there I would advise anyone buy elsewhere .
