I ordered laptop nearly 3 weeks ago. Paid few hundreds and nothing yet. Contacted customer service and they couldn’t answer themselves what’s gone wrong. They didn’t even know if the item had left the shop after 3 weeks. So disappoint, especially cause this laptop was for my daughter to access home schooling now. Waiting their call back with explanations but do t have much hope. I think at this stage I just want my money back.
