Bought a Chromebook for my daughter so she could draw digital art. We don't have much, I ordered and paid for an "instock" item over a month ago. I opened a support ticket online but DID support closed it!! No Chromebook, no more money, and nothing to hand her for Christmas! Disgraceful service, complete lies about stock. I don't want to drive up to Dublin because of covid, but I have little choice!
