Absolutely shocking service from DID Terryland Galway Waiting on a voucher by way of a refund for a faulty washing machine since September 2021. Been told so many times to call to store to collect the voucher from the manager as they can’t seem to issue the voucher by email. when I arrive there the manager is either on break, in a meeting or went home early? Absolute ridiculous have been given the run around by theses guys so many times, I will call you back or call later, same story every time ‘or there must be some mix up, we will get that sorted for you and we will call you later’ Oh sorry the manager, who is the only guy who can issue the voucher is on holidays, call back in two weeks? They haven’t a clue. Never again will I buy from this store
