Worst company i have ever had to deal with.
Thought i was buying new iphone online from D.I.D. Electrical 2 and a half weeks ago. When it came through the post, it wasn't new buy refurbished. I then went on to their website and seen this in the small writing, only when the details were expanded.
I plugged it in and when fully charged started using it. I noticed the battery was going down quickly. About 1 percentage every 20 seconds. The fully charged battery was gone flat within about 40 minutes.
I rang them up 2 weeks ago, explained everything and was told i would get a ring back soon. Never did. Rang again about a week and a half ago. The girl was all apologies. She sent an email to her boss and then sent me an email explaining this and she would be in contact soon. 7 days later i emailed her asking for an update. Received no reply.
I rang again today. The same girl answered. I asked about the situation. She told me she had talked to her boss and that I would have to bring it into a store so that they can fix it. I asked her why she had not communicated this to me before now. She said she was sorry about any inconvenience and she was off sick a few days. I told her the phone is a faulty phone and I would want a full refund as is allowed under law. I have bought a different phone already instead.
She told me she couldn't do that and that she will see what she can do for me and needs to chat to a boss. I said when will I expect to hear back. She said before 6pm today which was about 8 hours later. I didn't receive the reply before 6.
Please do not buy from this company.
