Terrible customer service. Waiting over 20 days for d.i.d to call back to my house to install appliances.
Called head office for help on numerous occasions, promised call backs to ensure installers were booked but nobody ever rang me back.
Promised numerous times that installers were booked to arrive on certain days but they never showed up.
Will never buy another thing off D.I.D.
Spent thousands on appliances and tv and nobody cares to pick up a phone and ring me after Ive been trying for days to sort of things.
Disgusted with their customer service.
