I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the technical support provided by DID. Despite their claims of offering assistance to customers, I have been consistently let down. For weeks, my emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have been met with empty promises of resolution. It's disheartening to see a company neglect its commitment to customer service. Adding to the frustration, I was charged 40 euros for an unnecessary installation, and despite assurances, no refund has been processed. This lack of accountability only adds to the overall dissatisfaction. I strongly advise others to steer clear of DID. The combination of unresponsive customer support, unnecessary charges, and failure to rectify issues makes me reluctant to recommend this company to anyone. Keep your distance and explore alternative options for a more reliable experience.
