I ordered a dishwasher, the order date was delayed twice, when it was finally delivered it was faulty and now I'm waiting for the machine to be returned. Again they keep giving me a pick up date but nobody turns up to pick up the faulty machine and replace it with the new machine. DID have not responded to any of my emails, voice messages and wont return any of my calls.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from DID. They are horrendus to deal with!!
