Today, June 14 at 12:30 I was at Dillard's in Countryside mall in the intimate dept to purchase a bra. The employee was behind the register. I asked for help. She said she'll be right with me after she was done with the customer indide the dressing room. She never did. She took right away a customer that had a return and went by helping other customers. After trying on some bras that were not right for me ( that was the reason why I needed help)... I decided to leave. Went by Macy's and there I was able to find my bra. I love to shop at Dillard's but experiences like these makes me feel like going somewhere else.
