This review is for the employee that helped me at Dillard's today. Her name is Charida. She greeted me very pleasantly when I came in. I asked where I do a return & she said she'd do it as soon as she was done with her customer. She was very friendly, polite, professional & very helpful. While she helped me she still scanned her area & greeted other customers & offered them help. She did this without taking anything away from our interaction. I wish I could deal with people like Charida everytime I shopped! She's awesome & I appreciate the experience I had with her.
