I will NEVER purchase anything from Dillards again due to their very selfish 30 day return policy. I found out after 30 days that the item I purchased was not suitable for the occasion. I let the customer service person know that I would be happy with a store credit, but NO, Dillards is going to keep my money and I have a dress that I most likely won’t ever wear. DO NOT BUY FROM DILLARDS if there is a possibility that you may need to return the item! I cut up my Dillards credit card!!
