It shocks me that Dillard's has decided to use cheap paper bags without handles.
What are you supposed to do if you need to use the restroom? Put your shopping bag on the floor because there's not handle to hang on a hook?
Bags with handles are worth the 10 cents you'd charge. Consider going back to that.
