I’ve been a loyal customer of Dillards for years, but the recent experience has me seriously reconsidering that. I am frustrated with the return policy at Dillard’s. It is not customer friendly. I felt like the policy was designed to discourage returns rather than support customers.
If you miss the 30 day, return window no store credit no return whatsoever. I returned the dress and they returned it right back to me because I was late and that was a post office issue.
