One of the spin the wheels is defective The iPad is not being used because when we arrived on site the battery was not charges/it's low and also the website is not accessible on the pad .. weird, however it's accessible on my cell phone. Jthe spin wheel is broken. It was broken and stripped the inside screw holes in the wheel that connect it to the stand. Not happy..
