I was disappointed there was no option to make a change to my order after it had been placed. When I emailed the company within 15 minutes of placing the order asking to make a change, I was told my order had already shipped. I found that really hard to believe. Subsequently, I've had to deal with a return and additional freight charges. The customer service on this was non-existent.
