I have dealt with two other companies recently to have trade show banners and materials made, and displays2go is BY FAR the slowest and least helpful. I ordered my display on the 11th, it is now the 21st and I still am not expecting to receive it for many days. Other companies had same day/ next day proofs for designs, and printed and shipped in around a week. With displays2go, I waited 4-5 days to find out they had an issue with the file I sent for the display, so I had to re-submit the artwork to be used (which is fine, it was my fault. But waiting that long to find out there was an issue is really the problem.) Then, after resubmitting the art work, I had to wait another 3-4 days to get the proof, now its going to be another 4-5 days before it is shipped. You really need to up your game, displays2go.
