Packaging was very poor, end of cardboard box was ripped, aluminum pieces were not protected and should have been wrapped in bubble or foam, a few marks on the finished exterior because of poor packaging, a piece of plastic broke off from the end of the aluminum. Because of time restraint I had to super glue plastic and accept the marks, or I would have sent it back. Transaction was fine, shipping time was great, it also went together fairly easy, it's the size I needed, worked good.
