I ordered 3 movie poster frames, one of which came damaged beyond acceptability. I called customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement without any hassle, taking extra care to package it well. I have since order 2 additional frames without any problems. Shipping was very fast and it took only 3 days to receive my order.
