I ordered replaceable film sheets (2 packs) and normally I receive shipment within a few days. It was going on 10 days so I called to inquire. I was told the shipping label came off the package and it was stuck at FED EX. The Displays2Go representative immediately sent a new shipment out no additional shipping charges and I had rceived it in approx 3 days. The customer service needs to be commended and this young lady did a terrific job in solving the mystery.
