Hi D2G,
The ordering process went smoothly, but the delivery could use some improvement. The display case came on two rickety pallets that were sitting on a 45 degree angle. Very precarious. And we were under the impression that installation was part of the delivery service, but we may have imagined that. In any case, we installed with four members of our team. It was a nail-biter, but we got through unscathed!
