My initial order was a mistake. I didn’t read the details of the product closely enough and it wasn’t strong enough to support my glass art safely. The company reached out to me and paid for the return shipping. I didn’t expect that and was pleasantly surprised. I have since bought a stronger product and it suits my needs perfectly.
