I can't find my original review to comment, but I gave a low rating because of the cost to return my order. The order was around $100 (before shipping) and the initial shipping charges were $25. The size of the boxes we ordered ended up being an issue, so I reached out to customer service to start the return process. They were prompt and helpful. However, they don't refund the initial shipping charge and we were charged an additional $15 (for FedEx) to send it back. So, the original order was around $130 all together and my credit card was refunded $88 and some change. I received an email to leave a review, so I did, letting them know the cost for returning seemed like a lot. Susanne from Customer Service reached out and offered to refund the $15 FedEx fee, which I appreciated.
