I oroginally gave a 2 star review because I couldn't see the screws that the directions said were pre- installed as they were counter sunk so far. I e-mailed Susanne back and forth many times and they were the best. They even sent me replacement parts and screws that I didn't need because it was my fault for not seeing the pre-installed screws. They were more than professional and patient with me. The stand works great and I will purchase from them again for any like items that I need.
