This has been the absolute worst online ordering experience ever. First they don't attempt to fulfill my order for a whole month, and not until I proactively contacted them. By that stage they had run out of half the items and are now just letting my order sit there and not sending it when I specifically asked them multiple times via email to send it express shipping to ensure I receive it on time. They literally ignored my numerous emails asking for express shipping. I need these items for Burning Man and now will have to scramble to find fits from elsewhere with only a couple weeks to go! Beyond frustrated 😡
