“received a pair of boots that were both sized 6 but one boot was under 9” in length while the other was just under 9 & 1/2” in length. There was a notable difference at first glance, but I tried them on anyway with only one shoe fitting. To add to the lack of quality control, their method of taking care of their customer is having them find time in their busy schedule to return the boots, wait for the boots to be sent back to dolls kill, and only once the return has been processed, will you get a gift card for said boots. Hopefully there will still be a promo, and hopefully the boots will still be in stock in my size. Otherwise supporting this business will have been a complete and total waste of time. I’d also like to add that I’ve never dealt with quality control so bad that my shoes were completely different sizes. I have given customer support over 24 hours to reply to my complaint which they have not. Typically, I give businesses 48 hours however I think a lack of quality control and a return process that only benefits the company are big issues so I’d at least expect quick, phenomenal customer support as balance.”
“This has been the absolute worst online ordering experience ever.
First they don't attempt to fulfill my order for a whole month, and not until I proactively contacted them. By that stage they had run out of half the items and are now just letting my order sit there and not sending it when I specifically asked them multiple times via email to send it express shipping to ensure I receive it on time. They literally ignored my numerous emails asking for express shipping.
I need these items for Burning Man and now will have to scramble to find fits from elsewhere with only a couple weeks to go! Beyond frustrated 😡”
“I have ordered twice now, first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I'm in the UK. But now they're having a laugh! I will NEVER order from them again, firstly the quality of the clothes is not worth even the small amounts they cost! They look good but they'll last 3 wears. Secondly you'll pay for express delivery and expect it within 5 days, then 20 days will go by, you won't have your order and they'll just say "sorry". Nothing else, just repeated sorry's.”

I recieved a damaged product NOT damaged from shipping (the parcel was intact and the top was missing a strap) and I had to pay twice the price of the product in customs for returning it. I should not have twice the price for a damaged product. Will definitely never buy again.”
