received a pair of boots that were both sized 6 but one boot was under 9” in length while the other was just under 9 & 1/2” in length. There was a notable difference at first glance, but I tried them on anyway with only one shoe fitting. To add to the lack of quality control, their method of taking care of their customer is having them find time in their busy schedule to return the boots, wait for the boots to be sent back to dolls kill, and only once the return has been processed, will you get a gift card for said boots. Hopefully there will still be a promo, and hopefully the boots will still be in stock in my size. Otherwise supporting this business will have been a complete and total waste of time. I’d also like to add that I’ve never dealt with quality control so bad that my shoes were completely different sizes. I have given customer support over 24 hours to reply to my complaint which they have not. Typically, I give businesses 48 hours however I think a lack of quality control and a return process that only benefits the company are big issues so I’d at least expect quick, phenomenal customer support as balance.
