The fact that dashers are not employees means there is no incentive to do a good job. Orders picked up don't arrive on-time, when they say they are lost for 1/2 an hour your forced to eat cold food or start over. Can't get anyone on the phone. No customer service. I've been on hold two different times this morning my order on-line shows the order was delivered but I never received it. On hold with Door Dash first time for 15 minutes hung up and called back thinking perhaps there was something wrong with my connection and as I sit here writing this I've been on hold for 10 minutes and still nothing. Tried their chat on-line and was never connected to a person. TERRIBLE! AND try to go onto YELP to write a review and Door Dash isn't even on their how is that possible?
