DoorDash cannot help that restaurants get orders wrong. I ordered a French Dip from Arby's but received a plain roast beef sandwich. Customer service happily and quickly resubmitted my order. When it arrived, I received a second plain roast beef sandwich. I contacted customer service again. They put a credit on my account. I ordered a French Dip from a different restaurant. It was terrible. None of these things are the drivers' fault. The delivery time was reasonable. Customer service was ready to address any issues I had.
