My business is shut down for now because of the pandemic so I decided to drive for Door Dash since May. I don't understand all the complaints and bad deliveries. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to pick up an order on time follow the customers directions and deliver in the amount of time. Minor problems do occur. If so you call or text the customer to give them a heads up. Be nice and smile. Idk sounds easy to me 🤣
