Drivers for Door Dash in my experience are friendly and I have no problem with them. I'd also like to say, having been a delivery driver before, that most problems are the company's fault, not the drivers.
My main complaint is why have an "arrival time" on the app if it's not usable and just keeps changing to a later and later time for OVER AN HOUR?? That's a bit ridiculous. Either make that feature usable or don't have it at all.. Messed up my schedule for lunch, thanks a lot. Arrival times are not arrival times if they just keep changing. Ridiculous.
