Customer service is great at apologizing. I’ve deleted Door Dash and I’ve spent $100’s a month with them. Attached is their confirmation and then my time talking to DD support who confirmed they had no driver even though they sent an update that I’d get my ‘soup’ almost an hour after they confirmed it. I live THREE minutes away. So over ‘the bigger the get, the more they suck.’
