Unlike many issues I see here, mine is not concerning the delivery of food or its condition. I was told that I had had my account disabled due to a violation of Terms and Services and/or too many attempted failed logins. There are plenty of hacks and thieves out there, so someone trying to brute force their way into my account is understandable, but when I can't get a straight answer about what was done or how to fix it after 3 attempted calls to customer support or a week, it is then that I draw the line. The delivery experience I had with DoorDash was fine; its customer support is, I am sorry to say, a horrid-joke that should get an executive fired for having decided to have it implemented in such a way. My account is still disabled and I am looking for a way to have it completely removed; this company does not have my trust, anymore.
