Driving for Doordash I'm gonna give a 5 star because it hasn't been exactly terrible but there are some places that could update the systems apps so that the directions are correct taco bell in Decatur constantly has a customer telling me there are items missing from the order. Today in Walgreens my Red card didn't go through the first time but it did go through on the second try. I'm a driver and I do go above and beyond I will go out of my way if something is missing to go back get the missing items and make sure the customer gets everything they ordered to try and please them. Today I showed up at Banditz in Decatur and the store was closed for some reason and informed me that he forgot to update his computer so doordash wasn't supposed to have orders coming through but in fact did somehow? I'm not sure who was responsible but I contacted the customer and informed him of the problem I also got on with doordash support and let them know what happened and said the customer needs a refund right away I did everything I could at that point. I'm not sure who had a problem with my service because I'm new to doordash I don't appreciate rude customers and I also don't appreciate whatever customer it was that suddenly gave me a 1 star rating none of it was my fault but I do care and if I could rate the customer you get zero stars today 👍👍👍 but to the customers that make this job worth using gas.
